Q2 MRR delivered 11% YoY growth on both an as-reported and a normalized and constant currency basis — a third straight quarter of double-digit MRR growth

Robust 18% AFFO per share Growth

In Q2, AFFO per share grew 18% YoY on a normalized and constant currency basis, demonstrating disciplined execution and strong profit growth

Raising Full-Year 2026 Guidance and Long-Term Outlook

For 2026, we are raising revenue growth expectations to 11 - 12% and AFFO/sh growth to 10 - 12%. Through 2029, we expect total revenue growth between 10 - 13% and AFFO/sh of 9 - 12%, annually, reflecting durable demand, accelerated bookings, and strength in our performance
